SEMINAR FAQ'S

Are there any costs for attending the seminar?

Once we have your approved application, we'll start the registration process.  We cover the costs for two licensed health care providers.  If you're flying in, we'll pick up the air travel, two nights at a great local hotel, and transfers to/from a local airport.  We'll also provide coffee/lunch/snacks during the demo day.

Who handles the hotel and travel arrangements?

If you’re traveling in we’ll reserved your room at the hotel, and work with you to arrange flights and coordinate transportation. If you have any special needs or requests we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Are there any conditions or terms?

Yes. We’ll need a signed application. Once the application has been approved we’ll contact you and more forward with reserving your space. In the approval process we may verify that you and your optional co-traveler are still in good standing with your state medical board. And, if you’re flying in you’ll need to be pre-approved for financing, so part of the application is a credit check. Of course things change, so we’ll have to reserve the right to make these changes at anytime and without notice, but we’ll do our best to keep you up to date, work through any problems that may arise. We’ll do our best to keep any changes to a minimum.

What if I have to cancel?

We would be very disappointed. If you have to cancel we’ll work with you to re-schedule. The problem is the airfare. The tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, so if we’re not able to re-schedule you, we’ll have to bill you any of the airfare expenses we incur.
